At the workshop the participants first learn about the basics of flow and LSP method. Then, we build on the individual as well as group potential, that brings us to the solutions, how each individual as well as the team as a whole can experience flow more often and in this way bring the level of work and life satisfaction in general to a new level.

The program is based on the assumption that in order for the real change to happen, a deeper gradual approach and gradual introduction of change is needed. Therefore, in the program there are a series of workshops included that run in the period of 6 weeks. In this time, the participants uncover and are introduced to important concepts, that are relevant to maximize the time in flow in the life of every individual. The participants therefor have more time to test different ideas already during the program and can implement their solutions to the daily and weekly routine.
